[:en]After being trained by renowned Malagasy chefs, Tantely, began to work as a Chef at Iharana Bush Camp. The Chef uses vanilla – the Malagasy black gold, exotic fruit and local products which he combines with western specialties and a slight oriental touch.
Tantely is delighted to prepare a custom-made menu for you. You just have to mention your specific diet (vegetarian, vegan…) when you book your stay.
In the morning, you will appreciate the mouthwatering smell of hot croissants, coming freshly out of the oven of the restaurant. You can have it with plenty excellent home-made jam.
As the camp is located in a unique spot, half-board is mandatory (included in the price).
You are free to choose your lunch ; you can have a picnic, or a lunch by the swimming pool or a barbecue – another spot to take meals.
The main restaurant continues to a wide balcony, a stately spot for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. There, you can see the Tsingy refreshed by enchanting colors.[:fr]Après avoir suivi une formation auprès des plus grands chefs malgaches, le chef Tantely a pris possession de la cuisine de Iharana. Mêlant sa connaissance de la cuisine occidentale avec des touches asiatisantes, le chef donne toujours la part belle à la vanille (or noir de Madagascar), aux fruits exotiques et aux cultures locales.
Tantely se fera un plaisir de vous concocter un menu sur mesure. Pour cela, merci de faire part, lors de votre réservation, de votre régime spécifique : végétarien, végétalien…
Au petit matin, vous aurez le plaisir d’humer la bonne odeur des croissants chauds sortant du four de la cuisine ouverte sur le restaurant. A déguster sans limite avec les merveilleuses confitures-maisons.
L’emplacement géographique si unique du camp est la raison pour laquelle la demi-pension est obligatoire (incluse dans le tarif).
Le repas du midi, quant à lui, est l’espace de votre imagination, vous permettant d’élaborer un pique-nique, un déjeuner au bord de la piscine ou encore un barbecue, second lieu de restauration.
Le restaurant principal se prolonge par une vaste terrasse, lieu majestueux pour la relaxation et l’observation du coucher du soleil. Alors, les Tsingy sont repeints de couleurs féériques.
